We omit things like parabens, sulfates, and other chemicals that are known to be (or thought to be) harmful to your body or to the planet. Our products meet California's standards, which are the strictest in the U.S.

Gift cards can be purchased in our online Shop, and will be emailed directly to the recipient.
Gift cards can be redeemed online or in our clinic + retail store for either products or skincare treatments. And, they never expire!
We currently ship our products to all 50 states.
Order processing takes 1-2 business days, and then your product will ship. You will receive an email letting you know when your products are on their way!
Orders placed after business hours or on the weekend will begin processing the next business day.
For our local customers, curbside pick up is also available, just let us know when you arrive and we will have your products ready to go!

Returns + Exchanges
We want you to love your products, and your products to be good to your skin. If you experience allergic reactions or excessive irritation from your products, we will help you with an exchange of the item. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with you order number and the name of the product(s) you wish to exchange.
If you are not tolerating your product, let us know within 14 days of receiving your order and we will process an exchange or provide a refund for store credit. We won't ask you to return the product - instead give it to a friend who would benefit from the product! Email us at email@example.com to start a return.
